Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all reservations.

  • Cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival: Reservations are 100% non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued.

​

  • Sturgis Rally reservations: Payment in full is required at the time of booking. All Sturgis Rally reservations are non-refundable.
